Kristin Fisher was hired by CNN on 20 July 2021. She is CNN's Space and Defense Correspondent. In her position as the Correspondent for Defence and Space at CNN, she has covering everything from NASA and its recently created Space Force up until commercial space companies, and even the growth and advent of space tourism. Kristin is the daughter two NASA astronauts. Kristin has grown up working in space, and covered the Trump and Biden Administration space policies for FOX News as White House Correspondent.
